CO-ED STRENGTH CLASSES
Our 45-minute Co-Ed Strength class is designed for all fitness levels, focusing on building total-body strength with a variety of exercises. Whether you're new to strength training or looking to challenge yourself, our class offers a supportive environment for everyone. Each session includes full-body movements, helping you improve muscle tone, endurance, and overall strength.

WOMEN'S WEIGHTS CLASSES
Our 45-minute Women's-Only Weights class focuses on building strength with targeted training for different body areas each session. You'll finish with core and pelvic floor exercises to promote stability. The class rotates body focuses weekly, keeping your workouts fresh and challenging.

HEROBOARD STRENGTH
Heroboard strength is an inspired mat Pilates class adding props including Heroboards, bands, and platforms to also bring the reformer to the mat! In this mixed equipment class, we will also use weights to strengthen and tone your entire body. The Heroboard is designed to help you engage your core, improve balance, and build strength.
