HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?

Booking is simple! Just visit our website or download our app to create an account and reserve your spot. 

WHAT CLASSES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a variety of classes, including women’s weights, co-ed strength, and Pilates-inspired Heroboard strength—we can’t wait for you to join the fun! 

CAN I JUST SHOW UP FOR A CLASS?

Unfortunately, our classes are reservation-based! You’ll need to create an account and book in the app or on our website.

ARE YOUR CLASSES BEGINNER FRIENDLY?

Absolutely! Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels, and with our semi-private class format—capped at just 12 participants—you’ll get the perfect balance of group energy and personalized attention. Your coach will be right there to guide you and provide one-on-one customization as needed every step of the way.

DO YOU OFFER CHILDCARE SERVICES?

We currently offer a small Kid Zone for children. Supervision is available during select times, and sign-up will be required on those days to ensure proper care, as only one staff member will be supervising.

SOMETHING CAME UP, HOW DO I CANCEL?

No worries! You can cancel in the app up to 24 hours before class without incurring a late cancellation fee. 

If you have a basic or platinum membership, you will lose credit. If you have a premium membership, there will be a $15 late cancellation fee. 

WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?

We have a 15-minute late policy. If you arrive after 15 minutes, we cannot allow you to take class for safety reasons and to avoid disrupting others.

WHAT IS YOUR MEMBERSHIP PRICING?

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

We are sad to see you go, but we understand! To cancel your membership and avoid being charged on your renewal date, you must provide a written 30-day notice by emailing us at tharlan@themvmtfitness.com

CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Life happens, and we're here to support you! You can freeze your membership for up to 1 month at no cost. After that, a fee of $15 per month will apply. If you'd like to freeze your membership, simply send us an email at tharlan@themvmtfitness.com

CAN I ROLL OVER MY UNUSED CREDITS TO THE NEXT MONTH?

Unfortunately not, with memberships you have 1 month to use your class credits.

DO YOU OFFER 1:1 PRIVATE TRAINING?

Yes! Our coaches offer private training sessions for any of our fitness modalities. Please email us, or ask our staff in-person to inquire.
